For our commercial customers we have put together a summary of the following key points from our General Terms and Conditions:

The valid prices are those quoted at the point of order, net in Euros ex VAT ex works from Landsberg am Lech. For orders up to 250 Euros net value we add a minimum order surcharge of 10% and for orders between 251 and 500 Euros net value we add a surcharge of 5%.

If you place an order from a EU member state (outside Germany) and provide a valid VAT number with your order, we will not charge German VAT.

For customers outside the EU single market there may be additional customs costs to pay.

Shipping companies are generally used to carry out deliveries.
